Computer Formatting Makes Work Take Hours

Our youngest started back in person at a charter school after a couple of years of being homeschooled (tech issues being part of the problem at our assigned school). He spends hours daily after school on the computer (4-5 hrs typical, 8th grader) after a day on one. His teacher didn’t teach them any formatting issues for their math responses in the program. If you missed a problem, you had to redo another one until you complete the assigned amount. Just computer formatting problems meant he could spend hours just to finish what could be done in minutes on paper.
